Where We Work
From the French Quarter to the West Bank to Metairie, we cover the whole New Orleans metro — both banks of the river, around the clock. Each neighborhood has its own underground story, and our pros know them.
New Orleans is not one plumbing environment but many. The cast-iron lines under a French Quarter building, the root-invaded clay beneath a Garden District oak, the bellied lateral under a subsiding Gentilly slab, the rebuilt-over-old-pipe puzzle of Lakeview — each neighborhood has its own character underground. The independent local pros in our network know these differences, and we cover the whole metro, both banks of the river, around the clock.
Below are the areas we serve most. Don’t see your neighborhood? We almost certainly cover it — the list is a guide, not a limit. Call 504-226-6033 and we’ll connect you with a licensed pro for your address.
One metro, many underground stories
What unites every New Orleans neighborhood is the hard truth of the city’s geography: low elevation, flat grades, a high water table, ground that keeps settling, mature trees with hungry roots, and a food culture that sends a lot of grease down the drain. What varies is the housing — its age, its pipe materials, its layout — and how those universal pressures express themselves block to block. A pro who understands your specific neighborhood diagnoses faster and recommends better.
Neighborhoods we serve
The areas we cover most — each with its own housing, pipe materials, and drainage challenges. Don’t see yours? Call; we likely cover it.
French Quarter
Centuries-old buildings, shared courtyard drains, and the city's oldest cast-iron and clay lines under the Vieux Carré.
Learn more →Garden District
Stately homes shaded by live oaks whose roots routinely invade the original lateral sewer lines along St. Charles.
Learn more →Uptown & Carrollton
Historic shotguns and doubles near the river bend where settling soil and aging clay pipe cause repeat stoppages.
Learn more →Mid-City
Low-lying blocks around Bayou St. John where a high water table and flat grades slow every drain in the house.
Learn more →Lakeview
Slab-on-grade homes near the 17th Street Canal, many rebuilt post-Katrina over older buried laterals.
Learn more →Gentilly
Subsiding ground and shallow lake-side water table that bellies sewer lines and traps standing water.
Learn more →Algiers
West Bank neighborhoods from Algiers Point to English Turn served across the river with the same fast response.
Learn more →Metairie & Jefferson Parish
Just over the parish line — slab homes on reclaimed marsh with their own drainage and grease challenges.

What areas do you cover?
The greater New Orleans metro on both banks of the river — the historic core neighborhoods, Mid-City, Lakeview, Gentilly, Algiers and the West Bank, and into Metairie and Jefferson Parish. If your neighborhood isn’t listed, call us; we almost certainly cover it.
Do you charge more for outlying areas or the West Bank?
The local pros in our network serve the whole metro with the same standards. Travel and pricing depend on the individual provider, but being in Algiers or Metairie rather than the city core doesn’t mean second-class service — emergency response covers both banks.
Do you cover Jefferson Parish?
Yes — Metairie, Kenner, and unincorporated Jefferson Parish are covered. Note that sewer work there is permitted through the parish rather than the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board; a licensed local pro handles the appropriate requirements.
How fast can someone reach my neighborhood?
For the core New Orleans neighborhoods, most emergency calls see a pro on the way within an hour or two. Response stretches during major storms when demand spikes citywide. Calling early in a weather event helps you get ahead of the rush.
A drain backing up doesn’t wait. Neither do we.
In a city this far below sea level, a slow drain can become a backup overnight. Get matched with a licensed New Orleans pro for a free assessment — day or night.
